I was referred to Kyle of Green Haven Capital as a “phenomenal lender” by our realtor. He and his team did NOT disappoint! To make our offer more compelling, we proposed a super-short window to close. Kyle got all our docs through at a blistering pace and we closed in something like 2 weeks—eye-wateringly fast! From pre-approval all the way to close and after, Kyle was responsive, on top of everything, anticipated our questions and answered any others that came up. This was our first home purchase and Kyle made us feel comfortable and informed with the whole process. Kevin and his team at Green Haven Capital were incredible to work with. I compared multiple mortgage brokers and lenders, and no one came close to the rate Kevin’s team secured. On top of that, they had zero lender fees, which saved me a lot. I really appreciated Kevin's responsiveness. Anytime I had a question, he got back to me quickly and explained everything clearly.
