Exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a place to learn and practice self-defense from the ground up, and this is it. The instructors are excellent—consistently offering guidance to improve techniques, emphasizing safety, and fostering a diverse and welcoming community. Instructor Jacob, in particular, demonstrates great passion and dedication, and he is very patient with new students. I’m looking forward to continuing to grow and learn here.

we arranged a girl scout self defense class with the club. Instructor is very patient and stress all the important points ( not just the move, but overall awareness of the situation and how to prepare). both girls and moms learned essentials and had a good start on self-practicing tactics. We'd recommend the class and the club to other girls/moms out there.
