I looked at a lot of different places for my fiancee's engagement ring and ended up going with Greenwich St. Jewelers. I could not have been happier with the experience. I went in for an initial consultation meeting and checked out a variety of different options with Samantha. They ended up having exactly what I was looking for and they could not have been more helpful with the buying process. Made me feel very safe, secure and cared after. My fiancee loves her ring and they've been checking in to make sure everything went well and they will be helpful with any re-sizing, ring care, wedding bands buying and more. Would highly recommend to anyone in the engagement ring or jewelry market to trust them!

Lisa Krulasik helped me throughout the entire process and could not have done anything more to make such a momentous easy and joyful for me. She helped me and my girlfriend browse through their entire selection of rings until we narrowed down to her preferred style, then privately helped me through the procurement process and with setting the ring with a family heirloom diamond that had huge significance to us. Lisa was professional, kind, thoughtful and fun at every step of the way and I would go back without hesitation for any other bridal/etc jewelry needs!

I had an incredible experience working with Samantha Betti and can’t recommend her or Greenwich St. Jewelers enough! Samantha made every meeting personal and memorable and overall such a fun experience. From helping me and my girlfriend (now fiancée) explore rings and learn about the “Four C’s” to collaborating with me behind the scenes to design a beautiful surprise engagement ring. My fiancée absolutely loves her ring, and we feel so confident knowing it’s backed by such a trusted jeweler and kind team. We've recommended a few friends already. Looking forward to the annual compliemntary cleanings!

Could not recommend this place more!! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Lisa through the whole process of designing my fiancée’s engagement ring. The vibes of the store are top notch, with excellent service and a very comforting environment. Lisa made this process such a fun experience and we can’t wait to come back soon to get our wedding bands!!

I cannot possibly recommend Greenwich St. Jewelers — and, specifically, the brilliant and thoughtful work of gemologist Lisa Krulasik — in more ecstatic and appreciative tones. I came into my first appointment with Lisa knowing next to nothing about diamonds or settings, and having only hunches at that time of my girlfriend (now fiancé's!) ring size and preferences. Lisa's expertise and personalized recommendations made the whole process easy, interesting, and fun — and now here my fiancé and I are, a couple months later, engaged with an absolutely perfect ring that she loves. We're both so happy, and Lisa and the whole team at Greenwich St. deserve so many thanks and praises. In short, if you need an engagement ring: this must be the place!!
