Gregg’s Auto body on 7th and Payne is a great choice for anyone who wants good quality auto body work dune, being from an accident or dressing up an old car, here is where I would recommend you start with, * Being able to get a free estimate for the repair ahead of time is a win for me personally in itself. And it’s free! Love that free! Not to mention that , The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very professional people who know the job, they’re welcoming and polite have a lot of respect for your car and it was very helpful for me to see them in person and watch them look over our truck, they do collision repair- hail-repair and also painting, not sure if they do custom paint but I didn’t ask? I was very impressed by their ability and willingness to help me today and I would like to highly recommend them to anyone who is interested. Gregg’s Auto Body in St. Paul feels less like a shop and more like family. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with such kindness and genuine care. They’re honest, considerate, and go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable through the whole process. My car now drives incredible, but what really stood out was how thoughtful and supportive they were. Good, honest people are hard to find — and Gregg’s is full of them. I’ll never take my car anywhere else.

Do not trust this place. After I was involved in a domestic and my car was totalled I called around several several places to find out my best route. Upon calling this place the woman named Gina said to hurry up and get the car in and that she would give me 4 days of the storage fees that my insurance would pay them. Totaling 520$! After that she insured I let the car sit for an extra week just so it can have more days that they get paid and she assured me I’d be getting 4 days at least I even called her and argued with her because I was like I need my car released and your having it sit for no reason because it doesn’t benefit me. She assured me she would pay me the 4 days the entire time plus two days out of the extra 8 days they convinced me to let. Sit there. After 3 weeks I finally get my vehicle released and they are refusing to pay me the 6 days we agreed on just the night before for the amount of 780$ now she isn’t even keeping the 4 day agreement now she is only paying me 3 days out of three weeks of it sitting there. She took complete advantage of my desperation and my situation and lied straight to my face so she could make $2,730 just for letting my vehicle sit and she is refusing to give me the 780 she agreed on just the night before. I’m def reporting this to my insurance and the better business bureau and many many more

I had an unexpected issue when my bumper fell off after a visit to Mister Car Wash, and I stopped by Gregg’s Auto Body not knowing what to expect. Gina was amazing! She immediately reassured me I came to the right place, offered to take out the bumper since I couldn’t drive safely with it dragging, and gave me a fair estimate. When I mentioned I couldn’t afford the full repair at the moment, she was kind enough to help me put the bumper back on, charging me a very reasonable price. The hospitality and kindness I experienced were beyond what I expected. I’ll definitely be back for any future car issues! Highly recommend.
