Jeff came by today to fix up a leak under my sink. He was on time, super friendly, fast, and cared about taking his shoes off to keep the place clean... couldn't have asked for more. Great experience with Jeff at Greg's Plumbing!

Be advised! I was asked to write a review so here it is. Stay far away from this business. We called the company to ask for a quote to replace our cast iron stack. We in no way, were told that there would be a fee for this by either the receptionist, the technician, or the 3 follow up phone calls. We decided to go with another company. 3 weeks later we received an invoice. I called the company asking what it was for, and they said it’s a standard charge. I said I was not made aware that there was a fee for this and I would have said no if I knew this as I received many other free quotes. The manager on the phone was incredibly argumentative and said “it’s your word against mine, I’m happy to send to collections. What are you willing to pay because I need to pay these guys” and also blatantly lied and said she was a witness to the initial telephone conversation while first initially asking if this was over email. This company is horrible to consumers and does not calling with proper business practices. Stay away.

We’ve hired Greg’s Plumbing & Heating for both renovations and routine maintenance, and every experience has been excellent. Their plumbers and technicians are consistently kind, professional, and highly skilled. They handled a complex job involving moving a main stack, rerouting plumbing, and installing new fixtures efficiently and with great workmanship. During an emergency gas leak, the technician Brian was incredibly thorough, clearly explained the issue, communicated costs upfront, and gave a realistic timeline—very reassuring in a stressful situation. Office staff were also helpful and responsive, with good communication throughout. Pricing is reasonable and in line with comparable companies—not cheap, but fair for the quality of work provided. A solid, trustworthy local Hamilton business that stands behind their people and their work. I would happily recommend them for renovations, residential repairs, or emergencies.

Cameron came by to look at a small leak we had from our upstairs washroom. He was very knowledgable and friendly and showed up just hours after we first called. Price was very reasonable for the repair and advice he gave. Would recommend to anyone with plumbing repair needs. Thanks so much!!

Holy cow! These guys are the best. I was in a terrible bind when a plumber didn't show during a major bathroom reno on a Friday morning. 😲 I called Greg's plumbing, they rushed over, put the tub in, did the drain, changed the lines to the right height for the new tub, they even put a subfloor in, and installed all the plumbing before 5pm, calling it a day. I am beyond grateful and so thankful that I found Greg's plumbing. Now the drywall can get done before the tile guy comes on Monday. Thank you, Greg's plumbing!!
