Great service. Everyone in the shop was pleasant and thorough with both explaining the repairs to me and handling my warranty. Added bonus- there’s an Enterprise rental in the same building which is very convenient

They don't like cars! They let my kid drive off after a 13 minute diagnosis and a couple of Benji's. I asked the guy to fix it, but he needed 4 more Benji's to make that happen and send my kid sputtering down the road. Needless to say I got my handy dandy spark plug wrench, less than a Jackson, and had her right as rain in a few moments. Thanks for nothing guys!

My car died at work around the corner from here & called them in the most desperate of time I've ever been in. They had no problem accepting my car being towed there (didn't even need me there for anything so I was still able to work) called me with updates about why my car wouldn't start AND even worked with my extended warranty! One of the best, easiest and fastest experiences I've ever had with a car repair place. I would go back here without hesitation if I needed to.

They took me in right away. I had an appointment to wait, unfortunately, it was going to be a couple of hours before they could get my car back to me. For the inconvenience they offered to get me into a rental vehicle. Greulich offered me their rental price, and that was really good! Also on top of it, they had a coupon for the services that I received going on. So the service is excellent there. And I appreciate everything they've done for me. Thank you.

I have been using Greulich's Automotive for my regular vehicle maintenance for many years now. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. They are thorough with the vehicle inspection and don't perform any repairs that are not required. I will continue using them and highly recommend them for your vehicle needs
