BEWARE using this company for ANY catered events. I had planned a corporate event several months in advance for 150 guests. The day of the event I was told that the food truck requested (Grilled Addiction) was acting up and that we should not be surprised if a different food truck (Noodles-A- Go- Go) showed up in its place. This was not ideal but I understand things come up. The food truck was scheduled to arrive at our facility at 3:30 PM to set up for our event at 4:30 PM. At 3:45 PM I had not heard anything from the company and had to start asking questions about where the truck was, the truck manager had arrived on time so she let me know she would look into the issue. 4:15 PM rolls around and they still have not given me a straight answer. At this point, my event is scheduled to start in 15 minutes and I have no choice but to send coworkers to Costco to pick up snacks and things for our guest who will be arriving any minute. I finally am told that the OTHER FOOD TRUCK HAS NOW BROKEN DOWN and there is no way of knowing how long until the truck will get to our event. Meanwhile, I have 150 guests showing up to our event ready to eat. The food truck finally shows up via tow truck at 6:30 PM. TWO HOURS LATE TO MY EVENT!! My event only was scheduled to last until 7:30 PM. By this time many of my guests have already left due to the food truck not being prompt. At the end of the night they do a last call for orders at 7:20 PM!! Even with them being 2 hours late to the event they stopped serving food before the scheduled time of the event ending. If that wasn’t enough to turn a person off to their services, many of my guest complained about the people working inside the food truck being rude and hearing a lot of complaining. THE WORST PART IS that I emailed the owners of the company after the event explaining my frustrations and to let them know that I expected at the very least a partial refund due to them not fulfilling their part and they argued with me about having served 150 orders (which is laughable since they would have had to dish out like 3 orders/ minute for this to even be possible in that time frame.) A few of our employees were offered by the truck manager to take food home, and then this was thrown in our face by the owner as well. I have spent most of my life in customer service and my current role is in PR, the right thing to do (since we did not have our food truck for 2/3 hours of our event) would have been to refund us part of what we paid due to only receiving an hour of service and the immense inconvenience and embarrassment this caused our company. I will NEVER use this company ever again and I urge everyone to look elsewhere when choosing a food truck company.

Had their Kobe/Wagyu beef burger at the Salt River Fields food truck festival and it was outstanding. I wish they were closer because I craved another one for nearly a week after.

The concept of the food truck is supposed to be value for a unique and authentic meal. Grilled Addiction doesnt match any expectation. The food is unoriginal and over priced. Their burger is an under cooked patty on a "brioche" bun that more closely resembles a walmart bun. For $12 you get a basic burger with typical toppings, oh.... and a bag of lays chips.
