Grimes did a great job fixing the arm of a dining room chair that has been broken and tightening up all dowels. Chair looks great!

Not only was Grimes the only company to respond to our inquiries, they far exceeded our expectations for the project. I had some specific requests and was pleasantly surprised that not only could they be fulfilled, but also with how many options they had to offer. They are extremely knowledgeable and truthworthy to make the best choices for your needs. I never felt rushed or pressured during the process, we even ended up getting off topic and chatting like family friends. The pricing is fair, the quality of work is unmatched. They don't make chair and a half rocking recliners anymore but thankfully with the help of Grimes this one will last me many more years. I'm sure we will have another project at some point, and if anyone else I know ever does I wouldn't reffer anywhere else.

I was so grateful to find a craftsman of his caliber, and the piece looks beautiful - as do the other pieces he has worked on for us.
