Alex is truly the best! She has a wonderful shop and loves what she does and it shows through her work. She is patient and compassionate. She loves animals and her clients. My husband and I and our dog Phoebe moved away yet she still remembers us and our dog and was excited to welcome our dog back in for her grooming appointments. I know that my dog is in good hands with Alex and her staff at Groomingdales. Love them all so much!

Such gracious groomers when dogs are hyper!! Two hound dogs needing everything including deep furminator brushing. Nellie and Lola love them, respond well, and come home with dremeled nails and deep brushing that only they can do! Perfect job guys! 🤗

Called a few hours ahead, and they took us in as walk-ins 3hours later which was great. Very friendly and quick. He offered and recommended services. Fairly decently priced. Nails and Pads were done in about 10-15mins max. Offered different techniques to service those 2 things we needed. He was very polite throughout the entire process.
