My dog has separation anxiety, and Ruff Housing was such an amazing place for him! Everyone on staff is so patient and friendly- finding this place was a huge blessing. Also, you can pay a little extra for photoshoots for holidays and they print a photo magnet. It's adorable! I highly recommend giving the trial day a go if you're looking for dog daycare in Winston!

I’m so grateful for the staff at ruff housing country club. I work from home and daycare has been a lifesaver keeping my 11 month old puppy active all day he comes home loved and exhausted from his day full of play! Daycare has been so beneficial in the social aspect of my puppy’s life and learning the behaviors of other dogs and how to play. I never worry that Archie is in good hands and being loved on while he is at “school”. The staff are phenomenal and they know you by name and I love seeing them everyday! Thank you!!

This was my first time boarding both of my dogs, and I’m extremely disappointed. I left them for just two days, and when I picked them up, one of them was completely filthy—covered in dried urine and feces, soaked and smelling absolutely awful. It broke my heart to see her in that condition. At the very least, they should have contacted me to notify me of the situation and offered a bath, even if it meant an extra charge. But to leave a dog like that and not do anything about it? Completely unacceptable. I am heartbroken and furious. My dogs are like my children, and this is how they were treated? I will never return and cannot recommend this place to anyone who truly cares about their pets You cannot see the dried up urine all over the body but the smell and touch of the fur was definitely awful

My dog loves coming here. She always comes back ready to nap after having a little time to settle down. They've been very accommodating when I've had an emergency come up and I've had to ask to extend my dog's stay. The groomers reach out with questions if I've made too vague a request. There are all kinds of specials, deals, or promotions happening each month.

I only take my dog, Louise, to daycare at ruff housing once per week, but the entire staff still knows her by name! Going to ruff housing is the highlight of her week. She loves the people so much! When she first started going to ruff housing, she was terrified of people. Now, she runs right up to all of their staff for kisses! They have truly changed her life and helped her open up. This place is exceptionally well-run. I used to work at a doggy daycare and by comparison to where I worked, ruff housing is much more thorough and contentious about keeping dogs safe and comfortable. That is why it is a little hard to get in - they’re always booked up because they limit the number of dogs very responsibility! Trust me when I tell you that it is worth the wait. Don’t settle! I can’t recommend it enough. I will never take Louise (my pup) elsewhere.
