This is my favorite coffee shop in Long Beach, and every time I visit CA (I live in Las Vegas) I make it a point to come here. I think about the honey pistachio latte I had on vacation 2 years ago at least once a week. Their food is amazing and everyone is so nice. This place is a gem.❤️

Great coffee, horrible customer service!! The older lady is very passive aggressive and has terrible customer service.i walked in at 3:10pm and ordered several drinks but had and issue with my bank regarding payment. The only reason I had to pay with debit card was because after 3pm they don't take cash. To me that doesn't make sense, but anyways while I was trying to figure stuff out with my bank, the older lady kept giving me looks and made me very uncomfortable. She even went as far as to pressure me to pay because according to her they were about to close. They close at 4pm there was still plenty of time. She even went as far to say "I'm not going to make them until you pay" There wouldn't of been an issue in the 1st place if they took mobile orders or phone orders . They never answered the phone anyway to explain this. I walked in and nobody greeted me . I felt like very unwelcome. My wife and her coworkers usually visit but I will strongly advise not to in the future. Last time I visited their espresso machine was down for maintenance and I know it's out of their hands but I wished I would've know before driving 10 miles to order . It's just very inconvenient. Overall, it's a cute small coffee shop and a family owned small business. We gotta shop small but they must work on their ethics. Thank you all P.s their cooking butter latte is to die for !

Great food/drinks just don’t think about studying there on the weekends or you’ll get asked to put your stuff away.

got a matcha lemonade. The matcha isn’t very strong and the lemonade was watery. Staff was kind of rude and dismissive when ordering.

I asked to change the lid because it’s dirty with hair and they said “honey, there’s no hair”. I can see them, my camera can see them. You dont have to gaslight people you could just politely change it Upd: I’m sorry about your language barrier. Anyway this review for other people to see how rude you’re.
