Best outdoor bootcamp in SD!! Mike always has a challenging workout for us with a variety of strength training equipment (barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, resistance bands, etc). Even if you're new to some of the equipment, he will demonstrate all exercises and give tips on maintaining good form to prevent injuries. It's a fun, intense workout and a very welcoming environment!

I would recommend Groundwork Bootcamp for a great, outdoor, whole body workout. The combination of community of the group and the full body workouts offered make for very fun & challenging sessions. Also appreciate that Mike is available for additional 1-on-1 workouts and training beyond the daily group workouts.

Groundwork Bootcamp is not only a good workout, it’s a stellar community of friends! I felt so welcomed when I first joined by Mike and others and Bootcamp folks became close friends as the time went on. As far as the workout - people of all ages and athletic ability attend. The workout is easily scaled for those who want to be hardcore and those looking to keep active. I did it throughout my pregnancy. Strongly encourage you to check it out!!
