I went in for a toner and was clear about what I wanted, but the result was completely off from what we discussed. Throughout the appointment, I felt pushed to spend more money on additional services like highlights and a keratin treatment, which was frustrating and unprofessional. The stylist Anna also appeared extremely disengaged her eyes were red, glossy, heavy and moving slow at times. That made me completely uncomfortable with the service I was receiving. I left feeling like I wasted my time and money and was extremely unhappy with the outcome. I would not return or recommend Anna.

This is a really nice hair salon - it’s a great balance of classy and casual. Josephine gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years! I had a few loose requests, which she heard and implemented perfectly. I couldn’t have gotten a better cut - she has great judgment, and I highly recommend her!
