The workers here have always been reasonably priced and if you have part needed for like car window repair they are awesome!!!

It’s interesting how reading some reviews online seem similar to what occurred to me. Went in got a quote turns out afterwards the final quote is more than agreed. What a shame.On top of that I had a employee get right infront of me and call me a liar lying himself saying that that was original quote. Terrible customer service. Not ever stepping foot again here to say the least.

I recently went to GTO Auto Glass for a windshield replacement, and my experience was mostly great. Their team was professional and efficient — they clearly explained the work needed and did a clean, precise installation. They also offer mobile service, which is super convenient. I was pleased with their pricing: they provided a quote that felt very fair. One thing I like is that they back their work with a lifetime warranty on workmanship. On the downside, the shop was a bit busy when I arrived, so I waited a little longer than expected. But they made up for it with solid workmanship and good communication. Overall, a dependable auto-glass shop that I’d definitely recommend for quality glass repair and replacement.

They did an amazing job!!! I was very pleased to know that they were able to get my car’s specific windshield within a day! I am also pleased with my wait time being less than an hour!! And I am extremely satisfied with the price!!! ( I called my insurance and they wanted me to pay my deductible amount which is ridiculous for a windshield ) Trust me, pay cash here then go thru insurance.

They work fast, efficient and are reasonably priced. The lady at the office is very nice. I was really stressed and upset to be acure l this unexpected expense but her friendly welcoming demeanor helped calm me. They have free coffee and a space heater for waiting customers. 10/10 would recommend this place although I would hope you never need it.
