The staff and service here are exceptional. Especially Don. I had several other shops give me a hard time with my 4Runner because it had a few after market components, and Don made everything so easy and gave me an incredibly fair price. Another shop tried to tell my car was totaled, and Don got everything fixed for a few grand and worked with my insurance so I only had to pay the deductible. Genuinely they went above and beyond and I will never take my car anywhere else. Runs like a dream. Thank you!!!!!

My car was rear ended when it was parked at my workplace which resulted in a messed up bumper. Although insurance covered damages and I didn't have to pay for anything this place was very helpful taking over the case and repaired my car beautifully. Customer service in person is a little slow but the manager (Don) is very attentive and sweet.

I had a great experience at this shop overall. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and they made it easy to communicate about any concerns that came up. Don provided excellent service and really knew his stuff. There were some delays with my repair due to insurance processing and parts delivery, but I really appreciated how transparent the team was about everything. They kept me updated throughout and didn't leave me wondering what was going on. The quality of work was solid, and the straightforward communication made what could have been a frustrating situation much more manageable. Would definitely recommend.
