We reached out for a second opinion and it became obvious that the first company lacked experience to properly diagnose and resolve the issue with our heat/ac. Guin came out and resolved the matter for a fraction of the price and time. The first company left us without heat during the cold snap, Guin not only fixed it, but we also now have an upgraded thermostat and we couldn't be happier (or more comfortable) thanks Guin! I am so grateful for the quick response when I called to let them know my heat wasn’t working. Eric found the issues and gave me a quote within 30 minutes. He was able to make recommendations to give me options but also made sure I did what was best for the unit and my home. The whole problem was solved within three hours of calling! I will be signing up for the annual inspection package because of this experience!

Highly recommend Dewayne! He was friendly, professional, and did excellent work from start to finish. First time using Guin, as was recommended by a friend. It was a pleasant experience as far as house calls & repairs go. Light years above other companies I’ve experienced. Compared to OnTime Service, it was a much more professional and easy going experience. Not trying to sell me anything or gimmicks. The decades of experience Guin has really shows.
