Unpleasant experience with this company. Their tech busted a drain pipe inside the wall; it started leaking inside the wall and it took us few weeks to notice when our kitchen hardwood floor started buckling. His manager offered no help and didn’t want to be responsible for any of it. Had to hire contractors to fix my plumbing, cabinets, wall and floor. Not to mention the inconvenience since our kitchen was out of commission for few days

Contacted Roto-Rooter today and requested same day service due plumbing was backing up. Representative assured me someone would come out today and at my convenience. The technician that showed up was Mr. Alex, he arrived precisely on time and after I explained the trouble he immediately explained the possible problems and prior to beginning the work he advised the exact cost. Mr. Alex went straight to work and within several minutes the job was completed. Due to his professionalism I will definitely be calling on Roto-Rooter again whenever the need arises and I will request for Mr. Alex. Five Stars and above to you Mr. Alex!!

Todd the field supervisor was able to come out and assess my problem and had someone come and fix my leak the same day. Phil came to repair a leak in my concrete slab. Technician Phil was outstanding! He was very quick, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend! The time that this was able to be done exceeded my expectation.
