We had an excellent experience at Guitar Center in Town East Mesquite thanks to Ely. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and very approachable from the moment we walked in. He took the time to listen to what we needed, offered honest recommendations, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can really tell he cares about helping customers, not just making a sale. If you’re ever at this location, ask for Ely—top-notch customer service all around. Highly recommend!

Everyone was very nice and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Had to have my guitar restring and Kenne was great. He did an amazing job, fast, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend him and the store. The price was very reasonable.

Recently visited Guitar Center in Mesquite 🎸. The store made a very good impression overall. The selection is wide – guitars, amps, accessories, even used instruments 🎶. You can find everything a musician might need, plus take advantage of repair and rental services 🛠️. The staff is friendly, though not always equally knowledgeable in details 📀. Prices for new items are standard, but there are discounts and a solid used section 💵. The atmosphere is pleasant, and it’s easy to try out instruments without rush 🎤. Overall, a nice place to shop for music gear 🎧.
