I feel like my review has been long over due, I found this place about a year ago and it has been my go to place for plants every-time, I garden flowers and herbs/vegetables and I’ve never been disappointed, beautiful plants and the workers listen to me babble and give me very good advice, I don’t see why anyone wouldn’t like this place , def recommend.

These folks are the best . Great plants and most important advice on keeping them healthy! Just don't get that at HD or Loews.

I've had this place saved in my want to go list for a while. I finally got a chance to stop by today and was completely disappointed by the customer service. The shop overall is beautiful. The selection is great. Prices are up and down depending on what you are looking for. No greeting when I walked in and barely a I'm here to help as she walked to the office. I watched the guy and lady stare at me from the back and talk to each other. And it was one other guy walking around he wasn't helpful either. Customer Service is Everything!! Honestly, I don't understand this type of energy. I saw several plants I would have wanted to purchase, but why spend my money where I'm not welcomed. I'd give this a zero for customer service and the 1 star is for the nice selection.

AMAZING!!! I rarely write reviews, but I felt like Emmy went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and I am so grateful! I live in NY and one of my best friends who lives in Garland, TX, mom just passed away, so I researched online to find a place close to her that would deliver a potted plant to her to help lift her spirits. I called Suburban Plants because of their reviews and spoke with Emmy. She was very sweet and patient and made sure to understand exactly what I wanted. She even went on their website with me so I could point out a plant on their site that was similar to what I was looking for. Afterwords, she created the PERFECT plant and flower arrangement for my friend!!! Exactly what I had wanted and described! Emmy even texted me photos of it and made sure to deliver it the same day! My friend told me it brought her to tears when she came home and saw this beautiful arrangement on her front porch! I HIGHLY recommend them!!! THANK YOU Emmy and Suburban Plants!!! A++++++++
