I’ve been in the market to upgrade my guitar for quite sometime, went to multiple shops in San Diego including Guitar center, and was quite discouraged. After walking into several Guitar shops in San Diego. I found Doug was the only person in SD that has any sort of real knowledge, and the only one not profiteering. He sells products outside of the mainstream, and was quite taken back the quality of guitars he sells. He took hundreds of dollars off of guitars, just to work with what I had. If you want any sort of humanity left in purchasing a quality guitar, go see Doug!

I only mention that because Doug had every right to charge any price he wanted (within reason) for such a rare guitar, but he didn’t. He made a deal that exceeded my satisfaction and earned a lifelong customer. Doug's sales approach is a testament to his commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s clear that he values building relationships over making a quick sale. I was eyeing on my dream guitar for so long and Guitars San Diego had it. I hesitated to contact the shop at first because I wasn't 100% sure if I should buy a guitar through online (I never done it before). I am glad that I contacted him one day.
