As a remodeling contractor from up north, Connecticut, working with Gulf Coast AC has always been a great experience and without any issues before or after. Todd is always there to review and monitor the job. His crew and technicians are skilled and ask questions about issues when they come up before just getting the job done. His crew are an amazing bunch of guys and work hard to do the job and get it done right. Working on old houses is complicated, I know. Gulf Coast is simply the best! We remodeled a house in Dunedin over several years and have had many issues with contractors here along the way. Not with Todd and his crew! They have changed out and installed new systems for us for over 14 years now. Plus yearly maintenance. Pros who take care of their customers! The best.

I called GCH&AC and was dispatched a serviceman (David) within two hours of my call. David arrived with a very welcoming, warm, and professional attitude. Within two hours everything was squared away and back up and running at peak efficiency. David was very forthcoming with information keeping me informed and up to speed on the entire process and diagnosis, showing me everything along the way. He stopped before each service to check and make sure i knew the price well in advance before he approached a fix and i was very comfortable that he allowed me some time to think about how i wanted to proceed.
