The presentation done by Holden on Friday afternoon 1/16/2026 was highly professional. Brad Casey and Kaleb Knapp arrived early Saturday 1/17/2026 and got right to work removing our then defunct 13 year old unit. Their professional demeanor, hard work and dedication is to be noted. This was an excellent experience especially with the prompy next day service permitting us to be able to stay warm during a cold spell. I will feel very comfortable referring Viking Air Services LLC to anyone in need of a/c services. I am a full time real estate agent for the past 40 years in Tampa. It is very satisfying to have such a high caliber company to be able to refer my friends, family and clients.

Great experience with Viking Air. Holden in sales went the extra mile to locate the exact condenser we wanted and even found the last one available in Florida — truly appreciated. We had five mini-split systems installed by Israel and Hunter, and the work was done with great care and professionalism. Israel is extremely detail-oriented and suggested smart solutions that fit our design needs beautifully. Our high standards were met, and we definitely recommend Viking Air.

Our experience with Viking Air Services has been fantastic. Both the help and explanations from the techs at the office to the work done on our system have been great. Their expertise at working with our Trane system solved all the issues we had that a prior company could not resolve. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

We were in the market for a new HVAC system and after searching local AC Companies we discovered Viking Air. Looking at their recent positive reviews we gave them a call! The office personnel Katie was very friendly and helpful. She kept us informed along the whole project. We had an appointment with the sales representative Holden and he was professional, kind and showed us all the options available to us! We decided to go with an integrated Daikin AC Unit 2 Ton with everything outside and the price and financing fit our budget. It was the first time having a Central AC unit put in our house as we had previously used split units and window air conditioning. The installers, Justin, Hunter, Kaleb and Jason did an amazing job. They were very courteous, hard workers and explained everything to us as they were working! The project manager Dave stopped by and he asked us if everything was meeting our satisfaction and we said yes! Holden also came by to give us some cool Yeti tumblers! Derrick and Branson did an excellent job putting up the cage to cover the outside duct work! Everyone went the extra mile to make the installation a pleasant experience! We love the quietness and efficiency of the unit! We also accepted the extended warranties and maintenance program the company offered at reasonable prices. Viking Air in St. Petersburg is outstanding! Recommended to us by our next door neighbor the service was top-notch from start to finish. Jason, our technician, was fabulous—professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
