I went here recently purely based on their digital marketing, but the experience was extremely disappointing. For a takeaway order, I was given a portion that was barely 3–4 spoons of pasta in a cardboard container after a 20-minute wait. When I questioned it, they took it back and re-served it in plastic. When I asked about the actual portion size and takeaway policy, the staff member said she had no answers. I asked to speak to the manager, but the manager refused to come out and speak to me directly. Instead, I was simply told I could get a refund and leave — essentially “take your money and get out.” For a restaurant that markets itself so well online, the customer service was shockingly poor, the communication was non-existent, and the portioning felt misleading. Other customers should be aware of this before visiting.

Everything was brilliant, we came in abit early and it wasn’t a problem we waited at the bar where we could get an early start on drinks which I thought was lovely, we were then brought to our table. We were served by Josh, he was brilliant throughout our whole meal, he was very attentive and got us everything we asked for. The food was absolutely delicious, I got the burger and it was to die for, so I’d definitely recommend that. My boyfriend described it as one of the best restaurants we’ve been too and I couldn’t agree more. Thankyou Gustos restaurant and also Josh for this lovely experience all round. We will definitely be back ! 🩷

Visited as part of a large group and, unfortunately, the service was slower than expected. There was quite a long wait for our order to be taken, followed by an even longer wait for the food to arrive. Considering the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy, it felt like things should have moved a bit quicker. The seating wasn’t very comfortable, and the restaurant itself was noticeably cold, which didn’t help the overall experience. That said, it wasn’t a terrible visit — just not as smooth or as comfortable as it should’ve been. With a few improvements to service speed and comfort, it could be much better. A bit pricey for what it was to be fair

Went on Friday afternoon about 4pm so was fairly quiet. However the food and service was fantastic! We had a starter followed by a pasta dish for my wife and a pizza for myself. Both were lovely and tasty. Only had one drink each but they seemed quite reasonably priced . Will definitely go again. Highly recommended
