The locker rooms are spacious and spotless. Great amenities, including nice showers and plenty of lockers.

I come all the way from Costa Rica ! And the employees talk to me on Spanish - English and French that made me feel home no matter where I am from, that’s amazing ! And the hole gym has good machines 💪🏻 Also I had a personal trainer with EMT personal trainer and it when AMAZING 💪🏻💪🏻. Best time ever at the gym 🔥

Atlantis, Harmmer Strenght, Gymnetic, Hoist, Gorila, Matrix, Ironbull Strenght, Lifefitness, XM fitness, Cybex. Add Ghost Strong, Raw Motive Works, Rogue and Panatta stuff and this gym is gonna be the best in Quebec city!

Always my destination when I’m Quebec city staff is awesome always well received and equipment is solid lots of plate loaded machines highly recommend💪
