Truly exceptional gym. Excellent, modern, high-quality equipment. Wonderful staff. Without question the most effective and efficient gym space I've ever had the pleasure of working in. I've been in the fitness industry in various aspects for over 35 years. From the first time I walked in and met Conor, I was impressed with Gymworx. He's a great guy and has such an upbeat attitude. He cultivates a very positive atmosphere, supporting clients and staff, to help the clients be successful in pursuing their goals. Family and life situations have me moving out of the area. If not, I would happily have kept working here. If you want well educated, experienced high-quality staff to work with in gym that wants to see you succeed, you can't go wrong with Gymworx.

Gymworx is a well designed and beautifully equipped facility. The owner, trainers and clientele collectively create a supportive community. You exercise here with a qualified trainer vetted by the owner, Conor Maguire. The set up allows you to train with focus and continuously improve from day one. I came to Gymworx with an irreparable rotator cuff injury and other health issues that were limiting my outlook. Conor welcomed me, gave me a tour, gathered information from me and then paired me with a trainer. My trainer, Isabelle Dizon, advocates living a full, happy life and that being healthy and fit is an integral part of this. Thanks to her coaching, I'm developing athleticism at the age of 70. If you're looking for a place to begin your fitness journey, restart from a hiatus, or excel from excellence, I encourage you to give Gymworx a GO! There's always a better you tucked inside your dreams. I'm finding a bit of that training at Gymworx.

Gymworx Gym provides a welcoming and professional training environment. The equipment is modern, and the facilities are consistently clean and well maintained. The owner, Connor, is knowledgeable, approachable, and brings decades of experience in the fitness industry. The gym never feels overcrowded, allowing for focused and effective training sessions. I have been training at Gymworkx since it opened and have been very satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a high-quality gym, particularly those interested in training with a personal trainer.

I highly recommend this gym to anyone. The owner takes great pride in keeping the facilities spotlessly clean and the equipment is top of the line. I have been working with my trainer, John, for over a year now. When I started I had zero experience of lifting, John designed a program for me that started off focussing on core strength and form and gradually moved on to more advanced exercises and heavier weights. I've seen massive improvements in my strength and overall health with my blood pressure being much more under control since I started the program. Everyone is genuinely friendly and supportive and there's a great atmosphere.
