I found this shop after searching online. I brought my Sony TV in after calling ahead. It was still working, however the screen would black out after booting. The customer service after walking in was excellent, they took in the tv after assessing it and said it would be repaired in about a week. After a couple days the shop called me saying it was a backlight issue and can be replaced and fixed, I let them move ahead with repairs. And in less than a week my tv was repaired and is still going strong. Excellent and quality service, the shop team are very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I would highly recommend this business for anyone needing their TV repaired.
Recently had work done on a Sony soundbar out of warranty. The diagnostic and work were both done quickly. As well, the owners were up front about costs and parts availability. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly, it's easy to support a local repair shop. Will absolutely be returning if any other electronics need fixing.
Jeff and Ebby (apologies if spelt incorrectly) replaced a defective module on my Samsung TV which was causing thin black horizontal lines. They came in, knew what the problem was, had the replacement part in their van, and repaired my TV in half an hour. Jeff answered my questions in terminology I (the average person) could understand, which was appreciated. Great professional service from start to finish. Thank you!
Staff are really nice, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. Technicians kept me informed as to what they were doing and what the process was. My tv was repaired within a week and I would recommend them to everyone.
Hagopian provided excellent service. I was able to get an appointment try quickly and they were very flexible when I needed to move it. A team of two came to fix my Samsung TV. The gentlemen were very professional, polite and efficient. They were very careful with my moving some furniture using drop cloths as well. The TV was fixed quickly and they ensured it was operating. They explained what the problem was and how it was fixed. I highly recommend Hagopian Television Centre if you need a TV fixed.
