Me and my partner bought our first home this year so as expected, we have no knowledge of what to expect and was very nervous about this journey. Chloe Boak was assigned to us and it was the best thing that could happen to us. She explained everything from start to finish and gave us a real guidance of what we needed to do and what would happen in this process. With a few hurdles in the way for us, Chloe never gave up and continued to help us endlessly and we couldn’t be more grateful. Even when it seemed we had nothing more to complete, she stayed in contact and ensured us if we needed anything she was there still. Haighwood Financial Services were brilliant. Paul and Chloe both helped me with the process of buying my flat. They were amazing in helping me as a first time buyer in finding a mortgage and insurance for me. They went above and beyond in finding a mortgage when I didn't think it would be possible. They were both very approachable and easy to contact, always replying to my emails as soon as they could. They have definitely made the process of buying my first home a lot less stressful than what I thought it was going to be. Chloe kept me well updated throughout the whole process and made sure to chase things up when needed. I can't thank them enough and would absolutely recommend.
