I've been here multiple times and have generally had a great experience. The snapper and mango tacos are to die for. The last time the beef taco was a bit unbalanced on the flavours with a lot of beef but barely and pickle but generally still enjoyable. Strangely the kids nachos had spicy guacamole. A good light meal

We visited Hail Mary in Burleigh Heads with our daughters, genuinely excited to try something new. Unfortunately, the experience was a letdown from the start. We ordered drinks first, then the jalapeño poppers and crispy squid to share before moving on to some tacos. The squid arrived first oily, soggy, and almost inedible—definitely not crispy as described. We mentioned it to the staff, and while they did remove it from the bill (which we appreciated), it didn’t change the overall disappointment. The tacos that followed didn’t redeem the experience. We tried the fried chicken, brisket, chipotle chicken, crispy pork, snapper and mango, squid and steak and chimichuri. Most of them tasted the same and felt like they were just thrown together without much interest or balance though the snapper and fried chicken was crispy. The steak and chimichurri taco was the only one that had a bit of character, but even then, not enough to make us feel like the meal was worth it. The pork taco in particular seemed heavy, no seasoning, a big piece of meat that just didn’t work in the small taco. The atmosphere and idea behind the menu are great, but the execution, cooking quality, and overall consistency really missed the mark for us. The staff was nice and accommodating hence the 3 star. This was our last meal for our week and it was mediocre. For the price and the location, we expected much better. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

We were very lucky to stumble into the last couple of bar seats on a Thursday night (reservations recommended!). The Thursday deal of four tacos, nachos of your choice & 2 drinks ($55 for wine/beer, $65 for classic margarita upgrade) for two people is an insanely good deal. The food was delicious as were the margaritas. Highly recommend!

Shared a meal amongst a small group of friends. They were fast and efficient in the delivery of all services. The food was tasty. The nachos as a share plate is a great idea. The chilli and lime squid was some of the best I’ve had! Would recommend a visit and would definitely go back. However if you don’t like hovering wait staff, this is not the place for you! They were efficient and constantly coming around.
