I've seen Jackie twice now and both experiences have been phenomenal. I have never dyed my hair and was nervous of the outcome and the health of my hair. Jackie was patient and understanding (never pushy)! The 1st picture was my first time and the second picture is of today. If you want to someone who cares and makes you look good book with Jackie !

I forgot to post a review at the time of service (two weeks ago), but Kellie did a great job!! It had been over three months since I got my hair done and she did so well with the full highlights. She asked me exactly what I wanted and I definitely got that. The highlights look very natural and they blend in very well! First picture is the before, second is the after!

bad service. The lady at the front was nice but the person that cut my hair was not professional. It was a asian lady, probably in her early thirties. She rushed through the entire process and was super tough with my hair. She constantly pulled it and brushed harshly through any knots that she created by handling it rough. Not only that, but she completely ignored my inspo picture, which was a haircut with multiple layers. She instead did whatever she wanted to my hair, and gave me long layers that honestly are barely noticeable compared to what i wanted. When i demanded to have the layers retouched so they looked like the picture, they made me wait more than 40 minutes, and yet the final result was not what I wanted at all despite showing her the picture throughout the whole process. I have moved to the area and met Haley S after using a different stylist at Premiere. My color looks better after each treatment. My mom even commented it looked better than the high end salon I was utilizing in PA. Haley is very knowledgeable about color and the industry. After three times in her chair, I feel like I have known her for years and it was an easy transition from my old stylist of 15 years.

I definitely recommend this place, everyone is very nice and friendly. Haley S is such a talented and detail oriented hairstylist! I love trying new looks and colors with her, she is very patient in answering all my questions about hair textures, styles and colors, and you can see how passionate she is about her work🩷
