Dede was amazing! I have been getting extensions for years and after I moved from Louisiana I could not find anyone that was reasonably priced and that I loved. Well I think I found her!!

Can’t say enough good things- I’ve been searching and finally found what I was looking for- Dede knows what she’s doing - took me a year to research and search - which is funny because I found Dede a year ago but kept going down different rabbit holes they all led me back to her. Blended hair perfectly - hair feels wonderful- curls!! - she gave me all the tools and instructions to be successful on my own as well -

I've waited a while to leave a review, just because I think Dede is nice and I know she has a lot of repeat customers but I unfortunately did not have the best experience with my ktip extensions. I had never gotten any type of hair extensions done before and wanted to test them out last summer in preparation for my wedding this April. Upon reading amazing reviews, I went with Dede. However, the process itself was disappointing. There wasn't clear communication on how a newbie should prepare for hair extensions. Also, I was unaware of the steep hair extension removal fee until the day I came in to get them done, which I thought should have been communicated during our phone consult. After getting the ktips installed, Dede handed me her phone to write her a review, which felt coercive and not an accurate reelection of a service that I had not fully experienced. The first night of getting the extensions installed, I immediately had slippage and strands come out, and communicated this to Dede, and she asked how I had prepared my hair beforehand and it was only then did I realize I was not fully prepared with the way I washed my hair. She was nice enough to fix a few extensions that fell, but I got very extreme slippage throughout my whole 3 months of wearing the hair, to the point where the strands would fall out of my hair from a gentle brushing and tying and yank out my real hair. And please note I rigorously followed care extensions that Dede provided to me, I am very type A and didn’t want to risk damage. After I got the hair removed (there was maybe not even 25% of the installed strands left), I was devastated with how thin my hair was. I was told shedding was natural, but even 3 months later my hair density is thinner and my hair dresser has noticed this too. I am spending quite a bit of money on hair regrowth and strengthening treatments in hopes I can get my hair redone for my wedding with another tech I found that has thoroughly walked me through the process and steps to avoid this happening again. Again, I am not trying to ruin a business, I was just genuinely disappointed with the process and aftermath and unfortunately will not return.
