I love getting my lashes extensions done here! I have tried other places and they always use too much glue or damage my natural lash. Julie has been doing my extensions for multiple years and my natural lashes have stayed healthy! It’s also nice to have a smaller boutique place and be able see the same few people each time so they can continue with the same shape and style I like. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been getting my lashes done here for over 5 years. They always do an amazing job and are very consistent in their work! If I’ve ever had a special occasion or was going out of town and needed to change my appointment they are super accommodating! I also have started doing brow laminations and they are much softer than any other place I have gone for this. Definitely great quality service every. single. time. Booking online is also super easy! I won’t go anywhere else for my lashes and brows now! People always compliment me asking if my lashes are real because they look that good and I always send them to Sassy Lash!

I’ve been going to Julie for over 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else (even though it’s a commute for me now)! She’s always communicative and responsive when I need scheduling help or waitlist. The studio is always clean, comfy, and relaxing. The best part is, my lashes always look amazing and last. I always get compliments on how natural they look. Few months ago I moved from north to south Austin and was dreading the commute to the lash artist I'd go to in Mueller before my move for a lash lift. Over many years I've seen different artists but Sassy Lash Studio truly takes the cake. I've only been to Julie, but I know that she trains her staff to deliver the same caliber of service across the board so I'd be comfortable with anyone else here too My lashes are so stubborn, so I'm pretty used to not walking out with the results I want on the first try. They're thick, point straight down, and just don't cooperate. At the beginning of my first appointment Julie took a couple of minutes to talk through what I was looking to achieve, which included me showing her a picture shape or curl of lashes I wanted. NO ONE HAS EVER ASKED ME THAT BEFORE! Julie was so careful to not over-process my lashes and educated me on why sometimes lashes get all crinkled. I've also tried the keratin-infused lash lift which was great (this is the only place I've seen that has it) Honestly I've NEVER received so many compliments on my lashes. Julie and her team are amazing and I cannot recommend this place enough.
