I had an amazing experience at California Hair MD in La Jolla with Dr. Richard Chaffoo and his team. From the very beginning, the process was smooth, clear, and professional. Judy and Alice were absolutely incredible - very kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the entire procedure. Even though the procedure lasted about 10 hours, it honestly went by quickly thanks to how comfortable and well cared for I felt. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and I never felt rushed or unsure at any point. The team made the entire experience feel easy and stress free. Dr. Chaffoo’s calm and confident approach made it clear I was in the best hands. I can absolutely see why he and his team are considered some of the best in the field. They took the time to answer all of my questions, walk me through the entire process, and make sure I felt completely comfortable every step of the way. The surgery itself was smooth and professionally handled from start to finish. I opted for FUE, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
