I have been coming here for years and have had everything from BBL to micro-needling to Morpheus8 and many more. The staff is always super friendly, and great at recommending treatments to fit my individual concerns without being pushy or sales-y. This place is the only reason I can look like myself but refreshed without invasive procedures at 45+.

Professional staff that helps you navigate the options, provides the best options, and takes concern in the healing process. Plus - I looked like I had work done (in a great way) after my in office procedure!

I got a great deal on the treatment package including three laser resurfacing with the er:YAG as well as BBL photo facials to treat acne scars. I had varied experiences as all 3 laser resurfacing treatments were done by different people. This was less than ideal because I think a series of laser resurfacing treatments should be tailored to the individual patient and how they respond to treatment, and designed in an incremental fashion/succession, relative to all the other sessions the patient has received. Not one of the practitioners asked about how my skin healed or adjusted the intensity of the laser relative to my previous treatments, at least they didn’t communicate if they did this. My last treatment was pretty rushed actually. They asked during my appointment if I would be open to rescheduling the BBL portion for a different time, but I said no because I had traveled from out of state. After I said no, the practitioner said “I was going to offer you a free BBL, but OK” which I felt was in poor taste. This place offers treatments pretty inexpensively, but I don’t think I would recommend it for acne scar treatment as that requires a more individualized, highly skilled treatment approach. It is a facility better suited for maintenance treatments. I understand acne scars are hard to treat, but still I feel my results have been okay, not great. I spent over $2,000.

I’m a 61 year old female repeat client who has done Morpheus treatments (series of 3 face, neck, chest, arms and hands) in 2024 with great results and yesterday had my first of 2 Ultra Clear with coring treatments. Both experiences were great! The staff is so skilled, professional and caring. They are happy to educate clients on the treatments, recovery expectations and even financing options including 0% interest. My journey with SCMS began when I discovered an acquaintance had received great results from her treatment so I booked one for myself and I’m so grateful for everything I’ve experienced with them.

I’ve been going to SCMS San Diego since February 2024 for facial treatments, alternating between 5 PicoSure and 3 Morpheus8 in 18 months. My maliasia has cleared, my skin is tighter and glowing, and I feel younger at 45. I just had a Morpheus8 treatment last week, and the results are already showing. The staff is amazing—friendly, responsive, and always helpful. Their package deals make pricing reasonable. I only wish Tox was offered at the San Diego office. I highly recommend SCMS! Left pic was from first session and my face now on the right after a Morpheus8 treatment last week. I am healing well and I feel my face looks great now.
