The whole staff are all understanding and makes it fun coming here. Other stylist are also good but have been mainly seeing Alexa for the past 3 years.

Rosa Scott is an excellent center manager in Austin. I faced a lot of trouble and challenges initially when i moved here from new york but that was mainly coz of lack of communication and clarity from the management. I also had a lot of trouble with my new set of hair which Rose eventually took care off. Thanks Rose I am a customer with Hairclub only because of you. I’m hoping prices can be further reduced though. Alexandra Gil is a great stylist in Austin branch very experienced and does an excellent job.

Very disappointed in the results for Xtreme Hair Therapy. This includes hair treatment shampoo, conditioners, scalp enzyme cleaner, minoxidil, and biotin pills. I did the one year plan for $4400 which includes one visit a month. Staff was very elusive in showing the progress. They took pictures periodically but never would show the before and after pictures. I also bought a recommended laser cap from the internet for $1600 so total treatment cost was $6000. The people treating your hair are just glorified salon hair cutters. They are not medically licensed so keep that in mind. Don't waste your money. They take advantage of people's emotional stress due to hair loss. During initial consultation, I was on the fence about joining but then they brought in a closer in a remote video call to guilt me into buying their treatment.
