I have been a loyal customer of Hair Club - Dallas for the past 3 years and they have transformed my salon needs to the best experience ever. It is one of the most professionally managed salon I have been to and has some of the most experienced and skilled stylists that I have met. I would like to make a special mention about Antonette for the exceptional care, attention and customer service she provides every visit. The staff overall are very courteous and helpful, they make you feel welcomed and strive to accommodate your schedule and requests. I am not going anywhere else even if I were offered a few choices because Hair Club - Dallas does a phenomenal job every single time I visit them.
My 10 year old daughter suffers from trichotillomania, and what Hair Club for Kids has done for her is immeasurable. The confidence and sense of normalcy they have given her have meant the absolute world to us. Antoinette is the absolute BEST and made our daughter feel so comfortable right from the start. Everyone has been so patient with the learning curve for me as her mom and so accommodating with her appointments. Hair Club for Kids is our literal Angel on Earth!
I have had the pleasure of getting my hair done at Hair Club this summer. I must say that they are a fabulous team. Kevin is awesome and always helpful, and Jessica is very professional and helpful as well. I had an appointment today with Alexa, who is not only a nice person but also a complete professional. She worked on my hair wonderfully and discussed some great places to visit in the USA while setting my hair in the best way possible. She is great!
