They really took good care of my beloved baby. I had to let her go after 13.5 years of friendship and love. Still miss her even though she is gone for 10 years now

One of the rare vets that car about animals and their owners vs a thick paycheck. Very professional and caring. I would not go anywhere else for my vet needs.

I wish I could give no stars. We recently took our 21 year old cat to be put down. In hindsight I wish we would have left when the vet made us feel like we didn't take care of him because we hadn't brought him to the vet in the last year. We felt shamed by the vet as if we should have done more for him. It was the hardest thing I've ever had to do because he had been with us for 21 years. I'm the midst of all this they are asking you to choose what you want for paw prints, ashes etc. We were told they would call us the next week with the paw prints etc that were requested and paid for. After several phone calls because we hadn't heard back.. They phoned to tell us they didn't do them and he had already been cremated. Our family is devastated- they completely dishonored him and our request to have this for ourselves. To have to tell our children that we don't have anything from their first pet was heartbreaking. I wish we had just found another vet and another day... We now have nothing because of this vet and their focus on only money and no respect for people's fur babies.

I took Bella and Aria, my new kittens, to get their final vaccine. The vet was friendly and very helpful. Bella had a small reaction to the vaccine so she was sore and a bit disoriented. The vet returned my concerned call and guided me in looking after my baby. I was surprised when I received a follow up call after the weekend. Dr Kooyman wanted to make sure little Bella was doing well!
