I had a couple of sessions with Sean for meditation and journaling. And it's been going very well. He has helped me relax in the morning. When i'm flustered and helping me let go of my anxieties. My goal is to go to the journal meetings in the morning. I get to do this online, which makes it a lot easier on my schedule.
Sean is great! He helped me understand where my anxiety and discomfort with myself was coming from. And he had clear practical steps on how to address the things holding me back. You can tell he’s really thought through mindfulness and meditation.
