Where do I even begin? Handled by Holly is everything you want and more when planning your big day (or multiple days in my case). From the moment I met Holly I knew we were kindred spirits and that our wedding would be in the best hands. Holly and the team knew what I was thinking before I thought it, were the calm to my crazy type-A self, and made our dream wedding come to life. She responds to texts, calls and emails at all hours of the day and working with her felt like planning my wedding with a best friend. She and the team cared for our family and friends as their own and are worth their weight in gold. They even took a ton of photos and videos throughout the day which was so special to receive. We got married on Captiva Island, a destination for us, and hosted a full welcome party the night before. Holly and team were there at every turn with smiles, hugs, and decorated to perfection. They set everything up and took care of all the little details so I could be present and marry the love of my life, surrounded by our nearest and dearest. It was more beautiful than I even imagined! Their attention to detail is amazing and they truly love and care for you and your people. Our wedding would not be what it was without Holly and the team. We will forever cherish the friendships and memories made.
Lindsay and her team at Handled by Holly were absolutely amazing. From planning and organizing to timing and stunning decorations, every detail was handled flawlessly. Our wedding day was seamless and stress-free, and everything turned out perfectly. We couldn’t have asked for a better planner highly recommend!
Using Handled by Holly and specifically Lindsay was truly the very best decision I made throughout the entire wedding planning process. I can’t recommend these amazing women and Lindsay enough! She really went above and beyond for all of our needs and I know we will stay connected after our wedding as well. I trust their decision making and was able to relax that everything would be beautiful on the day of the wedding. It was truly more beautiful than I could have even imagined! They brought all of my ideas to life! I also love that there is a faith based component to the company because it means the world to my now husband and I that the people preparing our wedding were also simultaneously praying over our marriage. Just the very best of the best and cannot recommend Lindsay enough!
Handled by Holly was there every step of the way for our wedding at Crossing Palms Wedding in Bartow FL. Lindsay was our main coordinator and I cannot say enough good things about her and the entire process. This company is beyond personable while also maintaining professionalism. It felt like my best friend was planning the wedding with me throughout the process. Lindsay dealt with challenges and schedule changes with so much grace and didn’t make us feel bad for having to move things around. Our wedding was all inclusive which included a planner, but if I hadn’t had that I would have chosen them 1000x over. The wedding day was extremely smooth and Lindsay and her assistants handled everything without a problem. They are truly the greatest and I have recommended them to every single person I talk to about the wedding!!!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Handled by Holly! From start to finish, Holly was steady, organized, and always one step ahead. But the real magic happened the weekend of the wedding — especially the day of. Everything was seamless. Every detail handled. Every need anticipated. Lauren and Montana never had to worry about a single thing — they were able to be fully present and enjoy their day. Holly and her team went above and beyond in every possible way. They were kind, calm, and worked so well with every vendor and the venue staff. Their professionalism and grace truly set the tone for the entire day. We are so grateful for all they did to make the wedding not only beautiful, but stress-free. Truly a top-notch team. Highly, highly recommend Handled by Holly!
