Been consulting Nura sen for a year and half. Had a fantastic recovery for my back pain. Love the approach, and the consultation towards the problem(no fake hopes or promises. Love that). Big thanks to Nura and the team at Hands on health. I came with muscle cramps, tingling and constant pain, and I'm leaving now with almost zero pain. I visited this clinic for the first time with lower back pain and spasms. The chiropractor, Nuran, quickly identified the issue as a strain and explained the treatment plan clearly. After three sessions, my movement is back to normal and the pain has greatly reduced. Joanne at reception was very friendly and helped put me at ease as a first-time visitor. The service is professional, fairly priced, and flexible with appointments around work. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much Hands on Health who fitted me in on the same day, I had so much back pain that working was really difficult. After my second appointment I feel back to normal and couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you to the lovely reception staff- Karen and Joanne who also made me feel so welcome as well. Dr Sen is incredibly helpful and explains everything perfectly. Thank you team, I’ll be recommending you to friends and family.

Absolute life saver. I have been coming to ‘hands on health’ for years now and I can’t recommend Nuran enough. I have had multiple issues over the years that Nuran has given instant relief from by freeing up, releasing or realigning, from my lower back from bad posture to neck issues due to injury. And more recently I had a shoulder injury that resulted in frozen shoulder for over a year extremely painful and limited range of motion. I wasn't sure if Nutan could help with shoulder.. I went in with hardly any range of movement and pain, after some manipulation it was instant relief and full range with hardly any pain… it was unbelievable difference, the before and after from just one session. I was very happy ! Always will be my go to when I’m struggling and not just for back issues. Nuran is warm, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, in fact all the staff are friendly including reception. If you’re thinking about a visit, then give them a call. You won’t regret it!
