Really disappointed with the whole service provided, a shadow of the business when it was in Aigburth. The sessions are much shorter, a lot more expensive and based on this experience a lot less effective. The good is that they are situated in a modern clean building. I liked the fact that they use technology used to highlight where there may be some issues but that's where its use stops. The data can't possibly be used by the practitioners because there is no time between sessions for them to review or familiarize themselves with each person case before seeing them. The 15 minute windows are booked back to back, which gives them time to come and collect you and get you to the room, chat to see how you are and then a VERY quick treatment and get you back to reception for their next appointment. In 3 visits I had treatment totaling 16 mins (the 2nd visit was to discuss results and plan). The first session was supposed to include adjustment (was less than 5 mins). In the 2nd session they tell you how they think you will only need the 12 session package, which they can do only for the price of 10!? My 3rd session was my first 15 minute session. The practitioner was running late (which I made a point of saying). Yet after 10 mins of adjustment I was told we were done and back at reception ready on time for their next appointment. At the time I accepted this as "some sessions will be shorter than others", but these are already very quick sessions for £60. Then 3 days later I was worse than when I first went in. The nerve pain meant it almost impossible to walk up steps. During this time I found another practice as I was desperate as I was going on a long plane journey, the practitioner on inspection pinpointed the area's where the problem stems from and after a session it was sorted in a 20 minute session. The customer service has been shocking. I emailed raising my concerns and got a response over a wk later (they did offer another session free with a different practitioner) but given my experience it was suitable and this wasn't even really a practitioner issue, the whole experience and set up left a bad taste. I declined with an email laying out various problems I had and this has just been ignored. Sorry to say I won't be back Edit - quite a poor response in line with the rest of the service. There was no response the day after, I checked my emails and have checked again. it came more than a wk later. And my follow up reply was completely ignored. To feel worse to the point where I am struggling to walk up steps due to nerve pain after my 3rd visit is shocking. Like I said I used to be a member and felt some relief pretty much straight away. I also asked for my appointments to be cancelled which wasn’t done. As I said this is v expensive for a minimal treatment. You can get a combination of treatments at Holistic Realignment and the service is excellent. Sessions lasts up to an hr for the same price with a combination of alignment and massage.

Had to see a chiropractor whilst on our travels - Liverpool Chiropractic was recommended to me. I booked an appointment with Sashlyn who was very caring and thorough. Her treatment of me was amazing. She took time to talk to me about what treatment would be beneficial for me - even though I could only have two treatments with Sashlyn due to travelling she managed to alleviate a lot of the issue I was experiencing. She is a very warm and caring Chiropractor who I would recommend to anyone. Also the reception staff were all very helpful and friendly and the clinic is very nice.

iv been coming here to see phoebe for roughly 4-5 months and the progress i have made has been amazing my pain and mobility is lots better and iv managed to almost come off all of my pain medication because of how much phoebe has helped me. i love coming for my sessions its just like coming to see a close friend pheobe is so lovely! iv recently started to see beth too for massages, shes really nice and in one session my back felt so much looser! would 100% recommend this place, everyone is so nice and welcoming and the clinic is lovely

Been coming to my chiropractor Ben for a while now. After my spinal decompression, cauda equina syndrome and sciatica flare ups he took me on board and helped me to work trough all the issues. Absolutely amazing results only in few months! He not only cares about my adjustments but also recommended supplements my body might need and that made a big difference as well. I reccomend this place to anyone with similar issues as it changed my life from always in pain to pain free 90% of the time. The staff are super nice and friendly and always go the extra mile to make you feel good. The massage chairs and other devices they have on site are a great bonus to help your body to work in good way. I would also love to shout out Beth who is just the nicest person and never minds me chatting for half of the England. 😁 I love this place and it's money well spent on your health! Highly recommend I couldn't praise this place enough. ❤️

I’ve been seeing Phoebe for a bit over 6 months now. I originally went for back pain and shoulder stiffness, I was given a thorough examination and a two week plan to be seen three times a week. The pain quickly subsided after this, and I went down to once a week and now just once a month for maintenance. I feel much more of a range of motion and I love the way my body feels after being seen—I can exercise, play with my kids and experience all the things I should be able to do at my age. I also enjoyed the fun atmosphere Phoebe created in our time together, I always ended up leaving with a good chat and a laugh. The front staff is very helpful as well—with a busy environment, they always manage to get me a session when I need it (even on nights or weekends!). If you are in pain, wait no longer—Liverpool Chiro is a great place to start to enjoy your best life again!
