Communications in your office were disorganized. You ignored our repeated request to not re-send the same worker from a previous failed visit. Incorrect materials were to be used, only prevented from the customers themselves pointing this out. The only excellent aspect of Handyman's service was its Estimator, Larry Bryans, who provided us with consistent support to finally get the job done correctly.
First time customer. Everyone I spoke with friendly, informative, patient. I had 2 outside doors replaced. I have an older home with storage space under the porches. The doors were falling off, and wood rotting. Also had flag holder installed on front railing. Eric the estimator, was very helpful. He kept me informed about estimate, and scheduling. Eric in the office was wonderful. He assisted me with scheduling, and making payments. I am impressed with pricing, and payment options. John, and Rubin did a fabulous job. My PVC doors with locks are actually stunning. I look forward to using my flag holder. It looks great. Look forward to completing more projects. Handyman On Call does everything. WOW! I don't have enough space to tell you how impressed with their work I am! We had a complete restroom and Kitchen remodel, the price was just right. The team they sent out Pedro and Francisco!!! Let me tell you these two gentlemen were absolutely amazing! They showed up within the start time given, I'm thankful they both got along well with our dog, they were courteous and kept their work area clean. Pedro took the time to answer any questions we had in terms we would understand! We highly recommend and we will definitely be using their services again.
Converted one bedroom to a laundry room. Dilshod and Vitale arrived on time, worked steadily for the entire day. They explained everything to me step by step. They had to return the next day to complete the job. They were in and out within four hours. They made sure everything was working and cleaned up everything. I love my new laundry room. I am very impressed with the professional and friendliness of the two gentleman as well as my contact with Sarah and Eric. Everyone did an excellent job. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and explained every step of the repair process so we knew exactly what was being done. The craftsmanship was excellent — the cabinet floor looks brand new and feels even sturdier than before. Carlos was professional, skilled, and genuinely dedicated to delivering quality work. It’s hard to find dependable service these days, but Handyman On Call LLC and Carlos truly delivered. We’re extremely satisfied and will definitely be using them again for future home projects.
