Amazing customer service, efficient, respectful, and helpful. They have made a repeat customer out of me! Our tv mount guy canceled last minute they were able to dismount the tv and move them! Save my family and I time and the hassle.

I had a wonderful experience with Moses and his team at Charm City Movers. From start to finish, they provided a quick, friendly, and cost-friendly moving service. Every member of the team was incredibly courteous and worked extremely hard to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everyone moved efficiently without sacrificing care, and their kindness made what could have been a difficult day remarkably easy.

Their price is quite reasonable, they charge you based on what/how much you need moved. Everybody I interacted with from the office to the moving crew were friendly and professional. However, if the office tells you not to empty out the dressers, don’t listen to them! The crew made us empty out the drawers before they would move them (good thing we had extra trash bags available). And if you need bigger items moved through narrower spaces (hello row home!), make sure to put up some protective barrier. They gouged/dented my stairs post and floor while moving a dresser down the stairs.

We used Charm City Movers for our move today. From dealing with Chris and Andrew behind the scenes on the quote and our moving day crew, we couldn’t be happier with the decision we made for a moving company. The crew was outta this world-so kind, enjoyable, wrangled my cat (lol), quick & efficient and made our moving experience a pleasant one. I will recommend them over and over and over again. Thanks for a super great experience ^_^

Charm City Movers was great to work with throughout the entire process! They were able to provide a thorough quote in a timely manner, helped us stay within our budget, were communicative, and the day-of moving was a breeze! The movers we had--Mike, Mani, Keem, and Chris--were all very professional and incredibly efficient. They arrived right on schedule and had all of our boxes and furniture loaded, transported, and unloaded in three hours. We could not have asked for a better moving experience and will definitely utilize Charm City Movers again in the future!
