Jaden is extremely professional, she genuinely cares about the animals she works with and we trust her completely-she has looked after our cat Bella for the past few years. We receive daily updates and photographs of her visits and Jaden always responds quickly to any messages. I would not hesitate to recommend Jaden to others.

I use Happi Walks for boarding and day care. Jaden is lovely and really understands my dogs needs. I can relax knowing my girl is in safe hands while I am at work and gets loads of cuddles!

My dog Teddy (Maltese, 1 year old) has been going to Jaden regularly for daycare and occasional boarding for several months. He adores Jaden and she cares for him as if he were her own. Dogs in Jaden's care are genuinely treated as members of the family - shown by the regular photos and videos (which you can opt out of). They get plenty of walks (often Chorlton Water Park), snuggles and playtime. Jaden knows each of her regular pups and their personalities and needs well. Because Jaden only accepts a limited number of dogs at any time you know they are all getting individual attention - perfect for my needy little boy. I think this is a particularly good choice for small/anxious pups who might not suit the chaos of bigger daycares. All dogs go through a trial to ensure they can all be happy and safe together. It really helps with socialization too. My priority is of course that my boy is happy and safe - but I have to say the convenience Jaden offers has really been a lifesaver. She does pick-up and drop-off within the area - really making it as convenient as can be, especially if you have a busy morning or don't drive. Scheduling is an easy as sending a quick Whatsapp and she will promptly confirm availability. Last thing to say is she's clearly a professional. Having gone through various last minute cancellations and no-shows with other sitters - absolutely none of that with Jaden.

Jaden is absolutely brilliant with my dog, he loves her and she cares for him as if he is her own. I cannot recommend her highly enough; she is professional, friendly and one of the few people I would trust with my dog 🐕

I'm very impressed with the level of professionalism and friendly service from Jaden at Happi Walks, highly recommend! They looked after my boy Charlie while I was on holiday, I got regular updates and photos from them which put my mind at ease knowing my pet was well looked after. I'll definitely be returning and recommending to all my friends and family 😌
