We had a really positive experience with Ozzies and would very happily use them again. We have a 5 year old welsh terrier Dylan and he boarded with Ozzies for 7 days - anyone who has met welsh terrier will know they are stubborn and mischievous and full of character, and often want to be leader of the pack. So we were a bit worried about how Dylan would settle somewhere unfamiliar. Ozzies were really thoughtful about how to stimulate him, tailoring activities to his energy and making sure he wasn’t overstimulated. We were kept updated on what Dylan was doing throughout his stay which was a really nice touch. Ozzies were really knowledgable and have given us a few tips and observations on things we can do to manage his energy levels. Dylan came home relaxed, clean, and happy from his stay. We’d confidently recommend Ozzies to anyone looking for reliable and thoughtful boarding for their pet.
We’ve had such a brilliant experience with Ozzies. They have been wonderful in supporting us and our dog, Bella. We started with puppy visits, which were a great way for Bella to get to know the team — and for them to really get to know her. These visits also gave her the chance to socialise with other dogs in a safe and boundaried way, helping to prepare her for group walks. Bella’s regular walkers, Tristan and Olivia, are fantastic. She absolutely adores them and gets so excited whenever she sees them. I also really appreciate that the walks happen at consistent, scheduled times, which makes planning dog care around our work so much easier. The photos that you get from the walks are brilliant! Bella always looks like she’s having fun. Highly recommend Ozzies — they’ve been amazing for Bella and for us!
We've been using Ozzies Fur-ever Friends for over 2 years now. Brody absolutely loves her dog walks with the gang! Faye and the team are amazing. Booking is easy through the online system and we get updates emailed to us after each walk. I would not hesitate to recommend Ozzies to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable dog walker. I have used Ozzie's Fur-ever Friends to sit my two cats (photos attached). The owner, Faye, was very helpful in getting everything set up and the sitter, Yuki was lovely. I really appreciated the care she took of my cats and the regular email updates with photos. Will 100% use again and have recommended to all of my friends!
I recently used Ozzies fur-ever friends for cat sitting and found the service super easy to use and the staff very friendly and responsive. I loved the detailed daily reports from Mia and Alex and felt like my cat was really cared for. Will definitely be using again.
