I love this place. I started 14 months ago. Decided to learn Muay Thai at 50 years old. I've done about 60 private lessons with Brennan, who has an ultra fun personality, and attend the group classes weekly. Whether you want to pursue fighting, or just want to get in shape and learn the art and culture of Muay Thai, they do a great job of matching what you want. You can keep it light, without pressure, or go hard and be pushed. I'm having a blast with the coaches and other members.

I love RCK because they make it a point to make sure you're comfortable (I'm super awkward), always offer help/guidance, and the personal training time is super affordable. Brennan is the kind of coach that you go to looking to change your game up but what you don't realize is that he'll end up changing your life. Come kick it with us 🙂

I thought this place was amazing untill I was oddly "ghosted" by the coach,we had some scheduling conflicts a few times where one of us couldn't show to a session(about 10% me),and then eventually I stopped having my messages returned all together and then I was even unfriended on social media lol, sooo I guess don't do stuff to make yourself not liked by the coaches? (Even if you have no clue why) and you should be fine, great place to learn Muay Thai though.

If you want to train with the best this is where you need to be. These guys have trained with the professionals in Thailand, fought in Thailand and brought that knowledge to Reno. Whats even better is that they can train any level of fighter. I feel at home when I am there. I feel safe when I am there. I know that the coaches are not going to put me in a situation that im not ready for. Also, it is super affordable.

Been here virtually since it’s been open, and now I coach a couple classes. I’ve been part of the martial arts community for years now, and I am fortunate to have been a part of this gym. Family atmosphere, TOP NOTCH instruction and all around good vibe. Come down, you will love it.
