Hardin Valley Pediatrics provides such good care to our family. From the moment we began with this practice, the front office staff have always been so patient, friendly, and professional. (They also provide the best stickers ☺️!) Dr. Jaynes will forever be my hero. She was the first to listen to my concerns and direct our family to resources that have helped our children thrive. When Dr. Jaynes is out of office or booked, Marta has always been so patient and thorough with us. We love Hardin Valley Pediatrics! 10/10 🌟

I just have to say Dr. Jaynes is the best. We have been going here 6 years. I only had 2 kids when we started going to Hardin Valley Pediatrics, now I have 4. She always takes my concerns especially with my son who was born 10 weeks early. She is very down to earth and easy to talk to and i never feel dismissed.

I can not praise my kids pediatrician enough!!! 🙌🙌🙌 She is amazing! 😭😭😭🥰🥰🥰 Friday, my oldest had her yearly check up. I let all three of my kids to try and communicate with the nurses and doctors about any issues or concerns. I only know what i see. Also, helps them speak up for themselves. So, Friday, she was telling them about how she wanted her iron checked because she felt sleepy and chills and tired at times and how she done her research and stuff and it led to iron deficiency. Her Dr. Jaynes had the nurse draw some blood out and send it out to double make sure her iron was still ok, thyroid, etc. Today i got a message stating her iron was mildly low and she had very low vitamin D, so she was going to call in a prescription for her. She has done such an amazing job taking care of my three kids and getting to know them this past 5 years. 😭😭🥰

We have seen Marta since 2021! She is always thorough, caring, and patient. She truly listens and explains clearly. You will not be disappointed. If you get to see Lucy on the off chance she's in Hardin Valley office you will love her too! All other staff are genuinely kind as well 💚

I highly recommend them! Dr. Jaynes has been my son's primary for over a year now since he was born and she is so extremely attentive, informative, patient and kind. The rest of the staff are as well! I live on the east side of Knoxville and it is well worth the drive across town just to come here. I have never felt unheard or rushed, they are just amazing. Thank you Dr. Jaynes and staff for being absolutely wonderful people and taking such good care of my son
