Plug went out. I replaced it but it still didn't work. Called Hardwire and they sent a team. They were very nice and respectful. Told me exactly what the issue was. Had them fix it. They were quick and well worth the price. Thanks Hardwire!

I had an emergency situation and these guys took care of me as soon as they could. I have never seen guys come out on a Sunday night in the dark snowing/drizzling and so far the coldest night of the year and to start digging away to be able to get my power going as soon as possible for my family and I. They have all went above and beyond. They made me feel comfortable and confident that the job was going to get done the right way. The pricing was great and was 100% reasonable! I work in trades and would recommend these folks to anyone. Customer service was great and just want to say thanks for everything, I will be using in the future if needed again for sure !

We hired Hardwire Electric for some lighting issues we’re having in the home and the entire process was seamless, from the first phone call to the project's completion. They arrived on time and were very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the problem in a way that was easy to understand and provided a detailed, fair quote. They completed the job quickly, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. We highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent Service from Hardwire – Highly Recommended! Answered my call Sunday after Derby when I had an emergency situation, was there that afternoon in the rain to write the estimate. Started work Monday, finished Tuesday. LG&E didn't have things right in their system so power wasn't on till Friday but not that's another story. Price was incredibly reasonable, so much that I even tipped them. A+ service and work.
