Half my house lost power. Laswell was able to send a technician (Edward) within a few hours. He was able to rewire the circuits needed to at least get my heater back up while I had to wait for about a week for Duke to send someone to disconnect service so that the remaining repairs could be completed (with the recent cold weather, this was a literal life-saver as I have multiple pets that absolutely cannot live in extended cold). Arash was the second tech that was sent a week later to complete the repairs. He very quickly identified the issues and did everything needed to get power back to the whole house. Both Edward and Arash were very kind and knowledgeable. I'm sincerely grateful to the both of them for resolving the issues as quick as they did

We called Laswell on a Friday based on a friend’s referral. We had a minor electric issue that needed looked at. They were wonderful. They scheduled us for Monday, a couple days out.Eddie came over and took care of us . The old light switch needed replaced. He was very professional and friendly. Laswell came out to upgrade my main panel and wire a sub panel in my new garage. They did a fantastic job, and I would recommend them to anyone needing the services of an electrician. I went through another company to get my first quote, and I was quoted an astronomical amount for service that I did not need. They told me what I was asking for was impossible without upgrading to 200 amp service. I called Laswell for a second opinion, and they were able to do exactly what I wanted for 400% less than the first company quoted me. They do not push unnecessary services, they were transparent with their pricing, and they did a FANTASTIC job. Not cheap, but well worth it for peace of mind. They handled the permit and inspection, and made sure they did everything correctly. If I need any future electric work done, they will be the first company that I call. Outstanding professionalism and quality of work! Thank you!
