I stayed in Australia for a short period of time, and I started going to Harlow to build a regular exercise habit. I had such a wonderful experience there! I really appreciated being able to take a variety of classes that fit my daily life and mood. For example, when I wanted to relax or clear my mind, I joined the Yin Yoga classes, and when I wanted to build strength, I attended Pilates classes. I was very satisfied with the range of options available. As an international student, I was initially worried about whether I would be able to continue attending until the end. However, the staff member who explained everything to me when I first joined was incredibly friendly and kind. Even while I was attending, the staff always checked in on me and made me feel welcome. It truly felt like a home away from home, even as a foreigner. I am deeply grateful for this experience, and I would love to come back again if I have the opportunity.
I absolutely love this studio and the instructors! The vibe is incredible—so welcoming, uplifting, and positive. I’ve never experienced anything like it at other workout places. Everyone here is genuinely respectful and polite, which makes every visit such a joy. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience this amazing atmosphere.
Harlow Pilates is such a beautiful and welcoming space. The instructors are supportive, professional, and really know how to challenge you in the best way. Each class leaves me feeling stronger, more centred, and energised. I’ve loved every session and can’t recommend it enough!
Love this studio so much! I’ve been to a few over the years and this is by far my favourite. The heating is perfect, the staff have all been so friendly, helpful and welcoming, the music is spot on and the classes are a really good workout. At previous studios I’d get my favourite teachers and stick to their classes but I have honestly loved all of the classes I’ve been to at Harlow. All of the teachers are highly skilled and I get a good workout each time. I’m feeling stronger, healthier and overall calmer and happier since starting at Harlow. I would recommend this studio to anyone!
