I had an excellent experience with Maxine Daniel of Harris Real Estate at Mount Barker office. She helped me inspect the house, market the property for lease, and ultimately find the right tenant. She was proactive, professional, and always went the extra mile to make the process smooth and stress-free. Maxine is not only highly skilled but also friendly and genuinely caring, which made me feel confident that my property was in good hands. She kept me informed at every stage, from finding a tenant right through to managing the property, and her communication was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Maxine to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy property manager.

We sold our property from interstate and are SO glad we went with Jayden Finch at Harris Real Estate. He made the whole process easy and stress-free — we honestly couldn’t have asked for better support. Jayden organised everything we needed for the sale (even trades) and kept us in the loop the whole way through. His negotiation skills were next-level — we ended up with a fantastic sale price well above our asking! Communication was clear and consistent, and we felt really supported and well looked after from start to finish. We’d absolutely recommend Jayden and the Harris team, and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again. Thank you so much!

We had a very good experience with our property manager, Berlita. Her communication was always clear and friendly, and she kept us informed throughout our tenancy. Any issues we raised were resolved promptly and efficiently. We truly appreciated her professionalism and the ease she brought to the whole rental process.
